Getting up in the morning and a person’s morning energy determine a lot about how creative or productive said person will be, or so they say.
This is countered by the hordes who start the day by meditating in some form. Early rising plus a long time quietly concentrating in an attempt to get closer to the creator can also sharpen your senses and make for a very productive day.
The folks I want to inspire, as we all should, are those who don’t get up due to sadness or depression. It takes a lot of work to get out of these quagmires. But a friend who reaches out to tug the sad one out and puts in the time is heading up the spiritual ladder just as assuredly as the meditator.
Building friendships and helping friends is what it’s all about.
Enjoy your old and new friends.
