States Run and Certify Elections, not the Supreme Court…it’s right there in the Constitution

If Trump loses, look for big ol’ riots all the way up to civil war.  If he loses, count on him contesting every single ballot submitted before election day.  If the contesting loses in the states he will ILLEGALLY and UNCONSTITUTIONALLY take it to the Supreme Court.  A cursory look at the Constitution finds that elections  shall be carried out and certified by the STATES.  Thus Bush V. Gore was unconstitutional as a SUPREME COURT case because the FEDERAL Supreme Court is NOT ALLOWED TO WEIGH IN.  But now that the UGLY precedent has been set, Trump will go there if he loses.  In the Supreme Court, even if Trump loses 50 states, if they vote him in, HE’S in.  How do I know?

When all votes were finally counted in Florida, in 2000, the Supreme Court had already declared Bush the winner.  The final count  (as paid for by the AP and Rolling Stone Magazine) showed the Bush did not win by 7000 votes, but Gore had won Florida by 53,000 votes.  The Supreme Court both made an unconstitutional ruling, but also picked the wrong winner, and didn’t care, because that body has been politicized since 1934 when they MISTAKENLY ruled that INDIVIDUALS have a right to bear arms (The gun industry paid for that ruling, I assure you) when the constitution CLEARLY states that the only time an American Citizen can carry a gun is in a “well-regulated militia.”
Unlike the Proud Boys, KKK, 3% or any of the other 940 hate groups recently delineated by the Southern Poverty Law Center,  a group I trust, well-regulated means regulated by a state, by it’s law officers, by its National Guard maybe, but certainly NOT a militia of men who, like poke buddies, have certain prejudices and mind-sets that are detrimental to society.

So if Trump loses look for riots and possibly a civil war, especially if the Supreme Court denies even hearing his case, AS THEY SHOULD.
And if Trump wins?   >>> …. Autocratic Fascism for the rest of the history of the USA, that’s all.
